Mr. Hull is the Executive Chairman of the Board. He was appointed to this position in February 2024. Mr. Hull has served as a board director and Audit Committee Chair since March 2021 and served as interim Co-CEO, alongside Peter Sachse, from March of 2021 through March of 2022, and then served as Co-CEO from March 2022 to January 2024.
Mr. Hull is the founder and CEO of Integrity Strategic Solutions, an advisory services firm working with private equity and early-stage firms. He servesas Board Director, Non-Executive Chairman for Party City, and Board Director and Audit Committee Chair for Mattress Firm. Mr. Hull previously served as Board Director, Non-Executive Chairman for SPX FLOW, Inc. (NASDAQ), Board Director, Audit Committee Chair, and Chair of Strategic Alternatives Sub-Committee for Bojangles’ Restaurants, Inc. (NASDAQ), and Board Director for Cedar Creek. He was also a member (various boards) of CEO Search, CFO Search, Director Search Committees.
In addition, Mr. Hull is an active advisor in the nonprofit sector. Since 2007, Mr. Hull has served as a Board Member of the Facilities Development Corporation for the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he also served as a Board Trustee from 2005 to 2015. Since 2020, he has also served as Director of the Carolinas Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors. He previously served as a Member of various Advisory, Technology, and Finance & Stewardship Committees at Christ the King Catholic High School, and Hopewell Baptist, Trinity Baptist, and Lake Norman Baptist Churches.
Mr. Hull spent 17 years at Lowe’s Companies, including 14 years as CFO and three years as VP of Financial Planning & Analysis. Before these roles, he held leadership positions at Shoe Show, Inc. and Food Lion, as well as an accounting role at McGladrey (now RSM). Mr. Hull began his career as a management trainee at Peebles Department Stores.
