Communicate with the Board
The Board believes that it is important for shareholders and other interested parties to have a process by which to send communications to the Board. Accordingly, any shareholder or other interested party wishing to send written communications to any one or more members of our Board Committees or the Board of Directors may do so by sending communications to them in care of the Corporate Secretary, 6100 Stevenson Blvd., Fremont, California 94538 or via email at [email protected]. All such communications will be reviewed by the Company and forwarded to Board members as appropriate.
