Lewis L. (Lee) Bird III has served on our Board since February 2025 and has served as Chair of the Audit Committee since January 2026. He also serves on the boards of TileBar LLC, where he also serves as Executive Chairman, A Parent Media Co. Inc. and the Larry H. Miller Company, where he also serves as Chairman of the Investment Committee. Mr. Bird also serves on the National Advisory Committee for the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University and is a member of the Ownership Advisory Group of the NHL’s Dallas Stars Hockey Club. Mr. Bird has been a business leader in the consumer sector for more than 35 years. He most recently served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for At Home Group Inc. (“At Home”), an industry-leading home decor retailer, where he led the company’s successful initial public offering in 2016 and a take-private transaction in 2021. Prior to his role at At Home, Mr. Bird served as Managing Director/Consumer Practice Leader of The Gores Group, LLC, a global private equity firm, as Group President of Nike Affiliates for Nike, Inc., as Chief Operating Officer of The Gap, Inc. and as Chief Financial Officer of Old Navy, Inc. Before his consumer and retail career, he held various strategic and financial leadership roles at Gateway, Inc., Honeywell International Inc., and Ford Motor Company. He started his career as an Assistant Vice President & Commercial Loan Officer for BayBanks, Inc. In addition, Mr. Bird previously served as a Trustee on the Committee for Economic Development of the Conference Board, on the CEO Council of the Retail Industry Leaders Association, and as a Trustee of Ithaca College. Mr. Bird holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance degree from Ithaca College.
